Notes for DALLAS BOATWRIGHT:
Our family legend is Dallas took Rosa's oldest sons John Henry and Alphonso(e) to Detroit sometime before 1930. They supposedly settled in a neighborhood/area called Hammtramming (sp?). It was said these were his sons, but the census record has them living with Rosa and Henry in 1910. It was also said that baby Bertha died around two years old of a childhood disease.
