Wesley United Methodist Church, Sedalia, Pettis County, Missouri

Whenever we visited with Mom and Dad in Sedalia during my adult years, we would go to the Wesley United Methodist Church there. Dad became a "pillar" of that church, serving for a number of years as the chairman of the annual pledge drive. He had attended that same church when he was a teenager and young adult. He told me that when he retired to Sedalia after 40 years of career-work life, he found that the same man was teaching the adult Sunday school class.
