He (James Simuel Boatwright) is buried in the Porter Cemetery in Greenville, Madison County, Florida. He was killed in a logging accident around 1937. His wife was Addie Stone Boatwright. My father, Robert J. Boatwright, is the oldest son of this union (census 1920).
Previously, I had provided the middle name as Samuel, believing that was his middle name. However, I have had several conversations with a daughter, my aunt Dora Dell Boatwright Brookins. I visited her recently and confirmed that my grandfather's middle initial did not stand for Samuel but Simuel. I am attaching a document I obtained from her to support this clarification. It is a delayed birth certificate for her and it supports the clarification.
