1st A motion made and seconded that the case between Brother Daniel Boatright and Brother James Dean be taken up and attended to.

2nd A motion made and seconded to not to sustain the charge of stealing Brother Boatrights corn against Brother Dean.

3rd Excluded Brother Daniel Boatright from this church for it appearing that he had accused Brother Dean with stealing his corn the church agrees to investigate the charge and upon investigation decide that Brother Dean was not guilty of theft.

4th Brother Boatright refused to withdraw his charge and therefore excluded.

5th Three other charges are preferred against Brother Dean.

1st....for letting an unjustifiable play go on at his house.

2nd ..for moveing on Sunday

3rd.. for going to Portland in purpose to get drunk and he stated that he got Beastly drunk the made satisfactory acknowledgments and was forgiven by the church.
